You need to create an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information. You are responsible for all interactions that occur under your account.
When using our platform, you are expected to follow these rules:
You retain rights over the reviews, posts, and lists you share. However, by publishing this content on our platform, you grant GameKeepr a license to display, distribute, and share this content within the service.
The GameKeepr brand, logo, and designs belong to GameKeepr. Game images and data belong to their respective publishers and developers.
Accounts that violate the terms of service may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently closed. In cases of serious violations, accounts may be closed without prior warning.
GameKeepr is provided "as is." No guarantee is made that the service will operate without interruption or errors. GameKeepr is not responsible for user-generated content.
Integration with third-party services (Steam, IGDB, Google) is subject to their own terms.
GameKeepr's total liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. For free services, GameKeepr bears no financial liability. GameKeepr cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
Sales and payment processing of digital products offered on the GameKeepr platform (e.g., Supporter Badge) are handled by our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record) partner. By making a payment, you also agree to our payment partner's terms of use and privacy policy.

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
