Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. All refund requests are processed by our Merchant of Record partner, Paddle, who handles all payment transactions on behalf of GameKeepr.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Payment Processing
All payment transactions, including subscriptions, invoicing, and refunds, are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment security, tax compliance, and billing on behalf of GameKeepr.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your supporter subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
