The Citadel Must Hold is a fantasy base-building survival RTS where players rebuild and defend a fortress-city, explore the surrounding map with a hero, discover Places of Power, and prepare for escalating Monster Tides. Each run is shaped by Founding Oaths, Rally Decrees, exploration rewards, research, and procedural maps.
