It serves as a satirical parody of the Polish internet, specifically targeting the gaming community, local content creators, and self-proclaimed "ludologists". Set in a vaguely defined, fictionalized location, loosely inspired by the internet lore of personalities fleeing to Romania. Players take control of the titular "Estrogen Dracul". The core gameplay involves collecting potatoes and automatically attacking hordes of meme-based enemies.
