Imperializer is a tactical simulation RPG set in a war-torn fantasy world where the player takes part in imperial military campaigns and political struggles. Gameplay focuses on turn-based, grid-based battles and strategic unit management across a story-driven campaign.
There once existed a land on the continent known as Ragmel. In ancient times, it was an age of strife against the kin of darkness, and later, it became a turbulent realm consumed by conflicts among humankind itself. Over this restless land ruled Emperor Zenon of the Paricia Empire, who proclaimed the unification of Ragmel through military might. His declaration would engulf all of Ragmel, unleashing a war of unprecedented scale. The story’s perspective follows Laufey, the Second Princess of the Paricia Empire. Though one of Emperor Zenon’s four children, she was born out of wedlock and thus holds a low position in the line of succession. Entrusted to Margrave Eales, one of the empire’s border lords, she lives far from the frontlines of war— but in time, she will come to witness the true menace that threatens Ragmel.
