This DLC will unlock Mr. Karate, an additional character for The King of Fighters XIII. Based on his original appearance in Art of Fighting, Mr. Karate is an alternate version of Takuma Sakazaki, with increased offensive capabilities and a few additional special moves based on his earlier appearances.
