As the facility slowly collapses under the weight of its past, players must explore its depths, uncover disturbing truths, and face what remains of the test subjects left behind The game offers both a singleplayer campaign and competitive multiplayer modes, including 1v1 and 2v2 gameplay. Each multiplayer round begins with a twisted form of Russian roulette, where players are linked to a shared gas system and one pump determines the outcome. Losing the gamble does not mean instant death, but instead sends the defeated player into an execution chamber.
